Example

Our differentiating factors are 

  1. Organisation domain shall go beyond HR function, 
  2. It is more than talent models or roles or hierarchy 
  3. Value streams is not a type of organisation design, nor are "product-based structures" , they are just visualisations of organisation for a specific context 

So, organisation & operating model requires multiple visualisations as in our framework and the primary concern why we need to redesign is to "Accelerate the flow of value" at organisation level, both internally & externally
