What we collect

- The contact form and "register interest" form — your name, email address, company name, and the message you send us.
- The Agility Abacus assessment tool — your email address (optional), organisation context (such as size and industry), and your responses to the assessment questions.
We do not require you to create an account or provide any payment details to use this site.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies strictly necessary to make it work: a session cookie and a CSRF (security) cookie, both set by the underlying web framework. These are not used for advertising, tracking, or analytics, and under UK law do not require your consent. We do not currently run analytics, advertising or social media tracking cookies on this site. If that changes in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How we use your data
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your enquiry or request;
- Record and refer back to assessment results you generate, if you choose to provide an email address;
- Keep a record of enquiries for our own business administration.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Lawful basis
We process this data on the basis of legitimate interest — responding to enquiries you have voluntarily sent us — or, where applicable, your consent (for example, providing your email address when using the Agility Abacus tool).
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry and assessment records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and to maintain our own business records, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
